DELIVERY TIME
Normally we provide via China Post Air Mail. It’s cheaper, but slower. We will deliver the items within 3 working days (except holidays) after receiving your payment. The parcel takes 3-8 weeks to reach you. The delivery time depends on the destinations. Remote countries and strict Customs (e.g. Brazil) will make it longer than 3 months, please be patient. If you did not recieved the order on time .then we will extand the delivery time by 10-30days for you to protect you.
DUTY & TAX

RETURN & EXCHANGE
All our items will be checked and packed in good condition before shipping. We will try our best to satisfy all our customers. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item to us under the original condition within 7 days of receipt for a refund or an exchange. Before return the item, please contact us for the detailed return exchange instruction. We will refund you after receiving the returned items.
